r41788-29016 Job Description Special Education Teacher Behavior Support We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join a Behavior Support Program in the Blythewood, SC area . This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide individualized instruction and behavioral support while helping students develop the skills they need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized special education instruction and behavioral support Develop and implement instruction aligned with IEP goals Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Serve as the Special Education Case Manager for assigned students Develop and maintain IEPs and required documentation Support students in developing academic, behavioral, and functional skills Collaborate with families, school staff, administrators, and related service providers Maintain a structured, positive, and supportive learning environment Use effective behavior strategies to promote student engagement and success

Qualifications:

Current Multi-categorical/Emotional Disabilities (ED) teaching certification Special education or behavior support experience preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Ability to support students with diverse behavioral and learning needs Collaborative and student-focused approach
