Job Description

As part of our mission to pave the way for children's success worldwide, Therapy Source is seeking multiple full-time Special Education Teachers to provide in-person services to charter school students. These positions are for the remainder of the current school year. Position 1: Resource special education teacher for Grades K-6 Full-Time $40
  • $42 per hour School hours: Mon-Fri, 8:25 am
  • 3:25 pm Seeking dynamic team player! Position 2: Learning Disabilities teacher for Grades 7-12 Full-Time $40
  • $42 per hour School hours: Mon-Fri, 7:40 am
  • 2:40 pm Seeking an experienced team player with a background in working with students with different types of SLD (Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia, etc Position 3: Elementary Special Education Teacher Full-Time $42
  • $46 per hour K-6 self-contained classroom Experience with multiple types of disabilities preferred School hours: Mon-Fri, 8:25 am
  • 3:25 pm
Special Education Teacher Qualifications:
School Certification in South Carolina Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Special Education Teacher Responsibilities May Include:
Implementing specially designed instruction to drive student achievement Conducting progress monitoring data and adjusting instruction based on the data Establishing a positive, structured, achievement-focused classroom Providing support to students, parents, and general education staff and supporting student learning Mentoring and coaching students on self-regulation and organizational skills Developing effective IEPs that translate into measurable results for students Participating in multidisciplinary meetings Enjoy scheduling flexibility, impressive hourly rates, and amazing support from our dedicated account team!
