Key Qualifications:

Valid South Carolina teaching certification in Special Education (required) Experience working in self-contained or resource classrooms preferred Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and compliance standards Excellent classroom management and communication skills Ability to adapt instruction to meet the diverse needs of students Collaborative mindset for working with students, families, and support staff
