Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Active state certification in Special Education (or eligibility for certification) Background working with students with varying disabilities, including learning, behavioral, or developmental challenges Ability to develop, implement, and adapt Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Excellent communication skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail A positive, compassionate, and patient approach to teaching
Key Responsibilities:
