Key Qualifications:

Valid Teacher Certification in Special Education or related area Experience or strong interest in working with preschool-aged children with autism Knowledge of early childhood development and individualized education plans (IEPs) Strong communication and organizational skills Dedication to fostering positive learning environments for young learners

Responsibilities:

Serve as a Special Education Case Manager for a caseload ranging from 4 to 10 students (subject to change as new students qualify) Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to the unique needs of each child Collaborate closely with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure holistic progress Deliver specialized curriculum and interventions designed for preschoolers with autism Collect and maintain data to monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed Participate in meetings, assessments, and team planning Fulfill compliance and record-keeping requirements as mandated

Position Details:
