Regularly assess student progress, track data, and report findings to stakeholders. Work closely with paraprofessionals and instructional aides to optimize support. Foster positive relationships and maintain a safe, encouraging classroom environment. Serve as an advocate for students, coordinating with educators, parents, and therapy teams to ensure all needs are met.
