Job Description

HPC Industrial powered by Clean Harbors is seeking a Driver III to support Transportation & Logistics operations in the environmental services industry. This role operates CDL trucks to safely transport industrial and hazardous materials to and from client facilities while assisting field crews with loading, offloading, and equipment operation. Working in demanding field conditions, you will follow rigorous safety and environmental procedures, maintain DOT-compliant logs and inspections, and communicate closely with dispatch and supervisors. This position offers strong safety training, technical skill development, and advancement opportunities into lead and specialist roles. Responsibilities Safely operate CDL vehicles to transport industrial and environmental waste to and from client sites Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and complete required DOT documentation and electronic logs Support field crews with loading, offloading, and operation of vacuum and related equipment Follow all safety, environmental, and company procedures in demanding field conditions Communicate with dispatch, supervisors, and clients to ensure on-time, compliant service Assist with basic vehicle care, housekeeping of equipment, and incident reporting Required Skills CDL Class A or B driving Tanker and hazmat operations DOT and FMCSA compliance Defensive driving and route planning Vehicle inspection and basic maintenance Loading/unloading industrial waste Safe operation of vacuum/pressure equipment Hazardous materials handling Job safety analysis (JSA) and LOTOTime documentation and digital logs (ELD)
