Responsibilities Provide individualized and small-group instruction to students with disabilities aligned to IEP goals. Develop, implement, and regularly update IEPs in collaboration with families and school teams. Conduct assessments and progress monitoring, maintaining accurate documentation and reports. Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and school staff to support inclusive practices. Implement evidence-based behavior management and classroom management strategies. Use assistive technology and accommodations to support diverse learning needs. Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and interdisciplinary team meetings. Adapt curriculum and instructional materials to meet varied learning levels and disabilities. Maintain compliance with IDEA, state regulations, and district policies.
