Your Role:

Food Box Assembler As a Food Box Assembler , you will play an important role in preparing fresh food products for shipment by assembling customer orders on a fast-paced production line. You will work alongside a team to ensure each box is packed accurately, efficiently, and according to quality standards while helping keep production running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

Assemble food boxes by placing the correct food items into boxes as they move along the production line. Maintain accuracy by ensuring each box contains the proper products and quantities. Replenish food items and packaging materials at packing stations to keep production flowing efficiently. Stack completed boxes neatly and securely onto pallets. Wrap finished pallets for safe storage and transportation. Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining speed, accuracy, and attention to detail. Follow food safety, quality, and sanitation standards at all times. Support team members and assist in other production areas as needed. What You Need to

Succeed:

✔ Adequate physical ability, including manual dexterity ✔ Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. repetitively throughout the shift ✔ Must be 18 or older ✔ Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods on concrete flooring ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment ✔ High School Diploma NOT required ✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions ✔ Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety and quality

Work Environment:
