THE ROLE

Elementary Lead Teachers at Heartwood Community School are certified educators dedicated to creating a nurturing and empowering classroom environment for students in kindergarten through 3rd grade. Our teachers inspire students academically and cultivate character, guiding each child to develop resilience, empathy, curiosity, and global awareness. Rooted in our whole-child approach, Heartwood teachers honor every student's unique story, supporting growth in every aspect of their lives. With a commitment to continuous improvement, our educators bring a growth mindset to their work. EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree required Must currently possess a South Carolina teaching certification or commit to becoming certified in the state of South Carolina by August 1, 2025 COMPENSATION The salary for this role is $80,000, with eligibility for a relocation package.
