Two positions have become available, offering the chance to make a significant difference for students in a welcoming community setting. Your expertise will help foster inclusive learning environments and ensure every student receives the support they need to thrive.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid certification in Special Education (state credentials required) Proven experience or a strong practicum background as a Special Education Teacher in K-12 settings Familiarity with creating and managing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Ability to collaborate effectively with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and families Strong communication skills and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver differentiated instruction aligned with students' unique IEP goals Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate academic, social, and behavioral progress Collaborate in multidisciplinary meetings to support student development Adapt classroom materials and strategies to meet diverse learning needs Maintain accurate records for compliance and parent communication Serve as an advocate for students, ensuring their learning environments are supportive and accessible
