Join Cross Country Education as a Special Education Teacher in Rock Hill, SC, providing individualized instruction and support to help elementary and middle school students grow, learn, and succeed. Position Overview Provide specialized instruction and individualized support to elementary and middle school students with diverse learning and developmental needs. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), differentiated instruction, and engaging learning activities aligned with student goals. Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and adjust instructional strategies based on individual needs and data. Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and related service providers to promote academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field Valid South Carolina Special Education Certification in Multi-Categorical, ED, MD, EMD, or TMD/Severe Experience supporting students in resource and/or multi-categorical special education settings preferred Why Join Cross Country Education?
