$150 SIGN-ON BONUS Special Needs Childcare Monday-Friday + Every Other Weekend Immediate Start From The Heart Home Care is hiring immediately for a dependable, compassionate, and engaging caregiver for a special needs child assignment in Simpsonville, SC . We need someone who understands that special needs childcare requires more than simply being present. The right caregiver will be patient, interactive, consistent, attentive, and willing to learn the child's individual routines and needs. $150 SIGN-ON BONUS We are currently offering a $150 SIGN-ON BONUS for this position! Schedule Monday-Friday:

12:30 PM-4:30

PM Every Other Saturday & Sunday:

9:00 AM-1:45 PM 20 weekday hours per week + 9.5 hours every other weekend Client Care & Responsibilities Provide attentive one-on-one care and supervision Actively engage and interact with the child Assist with established daily routines Provide age-appropriate activities and companionship Assist with activities of daily living and personal care as needed Provide patient and consistent guidance and redirection Encourage appropriate independence Support communication and social interaction Assist with meals and snacks as needed Maintain a calm, structured, and safe environment Follow the family's established routines and client's plan of care Communicate appropriately with the family and office regarding care needs or concerns What We're Looking For Experience working with children or individuals with special needs strongly preferred Professional caregiving/PCA experience preferred Patient and comfortable with routines and redirection Must be willing to actively engage with the child—not simply supervise Dependable, punctual, and reliable Compassionate, caring, and attentive Comfortable providing personal care when needed Able to consistently commit to the weekday and every-other-weekend schedule Must have your own reliable personal vehicle Must be able to reliably commute to Simpsonville, SC
