We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Middle School Language Arts Teacher for an exciting contract opportunity at Berkeley Preparatory Academy in Summerville, South Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for educators who are committed to fostering student success through engaging Language Arts instruction.

Position Details:

Middle School Language Arts Full-time, 40 hours per week

Day Shift:

Monday-Friday Competitive Weekly Pay No weekends or holidays

Not Required Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging Language Arts instruction to middle school students. Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with South Carolina state standards. Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. Assess student performance and provide timely feedback. Collaborate with school staff, parents, and administrators to support student success. Maintain accurate student records and classroom documentation. Participate in faculty meetings and school activities as required.

Qualifications:

Valid South Carolina Department of Education (SC DOE) Teaching License . Language Arts Endorsement required. Strong classroom management and communication skills.
