$48-$52 per hour Key Responsibilities Provide individualized and small-group instruction aligned with student IEP goals. Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success. Assess student progress and maintain accurate documentation. Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions. Foster a structured, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies to support academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth. Qualifications Valid South Carolina Multi-Categorical Special Education Certification required. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field. Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and IEP processes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Previous experience working with elementary-aged students is preferred.
