What We're Looking For:

Active Special Education Teaching certification Prior experience working with special education populations, preferably at the middle and/or high school level Strong skills in differentiated instruction and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Ability to work collaboratively with general education staff, related service providers, and families Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation abilities Positive attitude, flexibility, and a true passion for supporting unique learners

Key Responsibilities:
