This full-time position offers a unique Monday through Thursday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, providing a three-day weekend each week and a balanced work-life routine. Enjoy making a significant impact for a small group of 10-11 students with diverse needs, from intellectual disabilities (ID), other health impairments (OHI), and emotional-behavioral disorders (EBD), to specific learning disabilitiesincluding supporting three students with high behavioral needs.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid Special Education Teacher certification; PreK certification preferred, but elementary credentials considered Experience working with a range of disabilities and behavioral challenges Passion for fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability and willingness to be onsite, working hands-on with students and colleagues

Key Responsibilities:
