This full-time contract opportunity is ideally suited for dedicated professionals passionate about making a positive difference in education. This position is onsite, working Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with Fridays off to support work-life balance. Youll work with a manageable caseload of 10-11 students across various disabilitiesincluding Intellectual Disabilities (ID), Other Health Impaired (OHI), Emotional/Behavioral Disorders (EBD), Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD), and a group of three high behavioral students. Certification in PreK is preferred, but candidates with an elementary credential are also encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

Valid Special Education Teacher certification (PreK preferred; elementary accepted) Previous experience with a range of disabilities, including behavioral and learning challenges Ability to work efficiently with individualized education plans (IEPs) Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff Dedication to creating a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment Onsite availability during scheduled hours
