We specialize in serving high school students who are placed at-risk in completing their high school education. Position Overview Triumph Public High Schools is seeking a dynamic, dedicated and passionate individual with a heart to serve and educate at-risk youth and young adults. As a SPED Aide at Triumph Public High Schools, you will help meet the physical and instructional needs of students with disabilities in the special education setting. Key Responsibilities Assist certified special education teachers in implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Support students with academic instruction, behavior management, and self-help skills Provide one-on-one or small-group support in classroom settings Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment Assist with classroom organization, instructional materials, and documentation This position may occasionally require work on Saturdays, during the summer, or travel within the State of Texas. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent AND Complete two years of student at an accredited college or University OR Hold an Associates Degree Two years of study is defined as having completed 24 or more college credit hours Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Ability to pass pre-employment fingerprinting and background check Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working or providing instructional support to students Bilingual inEnglish and Spanish Compensation Annual Salary Range:
$22,440 - $24,684 (based on a 187-day work schedule) Salary placement is based on education, experience, and credentials Salary is prorated from the effective date of hire (Equivalent to approximately [$120 - $132] per workday, depending on placement.)
