Immediately Job Description Provide instructional support to students and teachers while maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic learning environment. The primary responsibility of this position is to serve as the campus substitute teacher, ensuring continuity of instruction whenever classroom teachers are absent. When substitute coverage is not needed, the employee will assist with library services, instructional support, student supervision, and other campus duties as assigned. This position requires an individual who is dependable, adaptable, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of adolescents receiving residential psychiatric treatment. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals considering careers in education, school counseling, psychology, psychiatry, social work, nursing, juvenile justice, law enforcement, or other helping professions to gain valuable hands-on experience working with adolescents in a multidisciplinary educational and therapeutic environment.
