Qualifications:
Valid Special Education teaching certification (state-specific or eligible for Texas) Previous experience in special education settings, ideally school-based Solid knowledge of IEP processes and compliance Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Adaptability and a strong sense of empathy
