Qualifications:

Valid teaching certification in Special Education Experience with elementary or intermediate caseloads (Life Skills and/or behavioral support) Flexibility, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset Experience managing small group instruction and IEP implementation Ability to work full time; immediate availability preferred

Responsibilities:

Deliver specialized instruction tailored to diverse learning needs (Behavioral and Life Skills) Develop and execute IEPs, collaborating with staff and families Manage a caseload of 4-5 students per assignment, ranging from Kindergarten through 5th grade, or high school life skills (if qualified) Track student progress, document outcomes, and adapt instruction as needed Be open to extending your assignment through multiple leaves if desired
