Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Special Education Teacher certification Experience working with elementary-aged students in an adaptive or self-contained classroom setting Strong classroom management and organizational skills Ability to lead and supervise paraprofessional staff Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both students and staff Genuine enthusiasm for designing individualized learning plans
