Key Qualifications:
Active Texas certifications in both General and Special Education Experience or high interest in working with Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) Commitment to serving diverse learners in a self-contained classroom setting Strong classroom management abilities and a collaborative work ethic Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, families, and colleaguesPrimary Responsibilities:
Provide individualized and small-group instruction tailored to each student's unique needs Develop and implement IEPs aligned with school and state guidelines Collaborate with support staff, related service providers, and families to foster student growth Track and document student progress, adjusting instructional approaches as necessary Create a welcoming, structured environment that encourages confidence and independence Facilitate positive social interactions and skill-building for students with varying learning profilesBenefits and Perks:
