Job Description

Step into a pivotal role supporting students educational journeys by providing expert diagnostic services for middle and high school populations. We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to the development and implementation of educational assessments in a dynamic, onsite school environment near Crowley, TX.

Key Qualifications:

Valid Texas Educator Certificate Minimum of three years of creditable teaching experience Masters degree from an accredited institution Educational Diagnostician certification granted by the State Board for Educator Certification (SBEC) Demonstrated ability to conduct educational evaluations, re-evaluations, and provide actionable recommendations to school teams

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of 100-120 active middle school students, with the potential to support a high school population across two sites Administer, score, and interpret a range of standardized assessments and evaluations in compliance with state and federal regulations Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Prepare thorough, accurate reports and maintain documentation to support student eligibility for special education services Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expert input regarding student needs and evaluation findings Remain current on best practices and legal updates within educational diagnostics and special education As a valued member of the academic team, youll play a significant role in shaping students access to resources and services throughout the school year.
