Part-time Instructor, Play-based Learning Gym

Part Time Class Instructor Do you have a passion for working with children and a strong sense of business and leadership? Romp n' Roll, a premier play-based learning gym for children ages 3 months to 5 years, is seeking a Part-Time Instructor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a retail or customer service , and has a passion for leading engaging group activities and parties for toddlers and mommy & me classes. Key Responsibilities Teach fun, play-based classes for children and parents Review weekly curriculum and lessons plans Lead a variety of gym and art classes Ability to be engaging and perform at a high level for all classes and birthday parties Qualifications Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Experience working with young children strongly preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, positive personality and a natural ability to connect with families Comfort with sales conversations and promoting services Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends Ability to actively participate in and lead children's activities Why Join Romp n' Roll? Please briefly describe any teaching experience you may have. Do you understand that hours may fluctuate week to week based upon the class schedule, attendance rates, and birthday party bookings?
