Desired Qualifications:
Current and valid Special Education teaching license for the state of Texas Previous experience in high school special education (preferred) Ability to work onsite, following school hours (38.75 hours/week) Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct instruction and support to high school students in a special education setting Collaborate effectively with faculty, support staff, and families to promote student success Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Adapt instructional strategies to meet a variety of learning needs Maintain accurate, compliant student records and data Foster an inclusive, positive learning environment
