2992008769-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Caregiver is seeking a Behavior Support Provider to deliver compassionate, hands-on support to individuals in home and community settings. In this role, you will implement behavior support plans, provide coaching and redirection, and use de escalation strategies to promote safety and dignity. You will assist with daily living skills, encourage independence, and document behaviors and interventions accurately. Working closely with families and care teams, you'll build strong, trusting relationships and help clients achieve meaningful goals in a mission-driven, client-centered environment. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 behavior support to clients in home and community settings Implement behavior support plans and document progress Use de escalation and crisis prevention techniques as needed Collaborate with families, supervisors, and care teams on client goals Monitor, track, and report behaviors and interventions accurately Support daily living skills and promote client independence Maintain client dignity, safety, and confidentiality at all times Participate in training and follow agency policies and procedures Required Skills Behavior support plan implementation Applied behavior strategies (ABA concepts/exposure) De-escalation and crisis-prevention techniques Behavior data collection and documentation Basic caregiving and ADL support Client and family communication Recordkeeping and confidentiality (HIPAA awareness) Time management and reliability Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Safety and risk awareness
