Role Requirements:
Valid Texas Special Education Certification covering assigned elementary grade levels (K-5) Generalist or Content Area Certification for grades K-5 Previous experience in resource or elementary special education settings strongly preferred Ability to thrive in a collaborative, inclusive educational environment
Responsibilities:
Provide push-in and pull-out resource instruction for elementary students with diverse learning needs Collaborate with classroom teachers, aides, and families to support student progress Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture
