Qualifications:
Valid Texas Special Education Teaching Certification (required) Experience with special education populations (preferred but not required) Ability to thrive in dynamic classroom settings Strong communication and collaboration skills Comfortable working with elementary or high school caseloads in Inclusion or Life Skills settings
Role Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of elementary or high school students Design and deliver individualized lesson plans Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement IEPs Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
