Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field Valid state teaching credential/certification for Special Education (or eligibility to obtain) Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation Experience working with diverse student needs and learning differences Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Develop and adapt instructional materials to meet students individualized needs Create, implement, and track Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families Monitor and assess student progress, documenting outcomes and adjusting strategies as needed Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
