Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student Work with students across a variety of disabilities, providing both academic and behavioral support Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to foster student achievement and inclusion Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in accordance with school and state standards Utilize creative teaching strategies and assistive technology as appropriate Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
