The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education, classroom management, and child development principles. This role involves developing age-appropriate activities, fostering social and emotional growth, and supporting children's learning through play-based methods. The Play Time Teacher will play a vital role in promoting literacy, physical activity, and overall well-being in a preschool or daycare setting. Duties Design and implement engaging curriculum that promotes early childhood development, including literacy, math, and physical education activities. Facilitate play-based learning experiences that support social skills, behavior management, and emotional regulation. Develop lesson plans Manage classroom environments to ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization conducive to learning. Support children with toddler care needs and provide guidance tailored to various developmental stages. Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and colleagues Front desk support Organize, Sanitize playfloor and classrooms Requirements Experience working with children in a classroom or childcare setting is essential; preschool or daycare experience is preferred. Familiarity with curriculum development across subjects such as math, literacy, physical education, and Montessori methods is a plus. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with parents, staff, and students' families. Customer service Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience will be considered.
