Required Qualifications & Experience:
Active state teaching certification in Special Education Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's preferred) Experience working with students with a range of disabilities Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Adaptability in applying various instructional techniques and classroom management
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based instruction in both group and one-on-one settings Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Consult and collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and related service providers Assess student progress, document outcomes, and adjust plans as needed Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and growth
