ATTENTION

This role is not exclusive to driving. Those who are interested in the role without the driving duties are still welcome to apply. Duties - Teacher Ability to supervise children ages 0-12 and ensure safety at all times. Will either be assigned to a specific classroom/age range or float between classrooms as needed. Observe, document, and report children's progress. Communicate with families about progress, schedules, and incidents. Maintain clean, organized environment and follow health/sanitation protocols. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and TRS quality activities. Duties - Driver Operate center vehicle(s) safely and follow routes/schedules. Complete pre-trip and maintain vehicle logs. Ability to assist with vehicle maintenance and passenger assistance (loading and unloading of children ages 3-12). Proper use of child safety alarms. Keep vehicle clean and secure safety equipment. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns Knowledge of student discipline strategies and behavior management techniques to promote respectful behavior and maintain order Respond quickly to traffic changes or unexpected situations with sound judgment to ensure timely arrivals and passenger safety If you are motivated by service excellence and safety-first principles—plus enjoy making a positive difference—this is the perfect opportunity for you!
