Join Our Kumon Team•Part-Time Opportunity! Are you a student looking to build college readiness skills while earning extra income? Or perhaps you're passionate about education—a teacher, retired educator, or someone who loves working with children and helping them succeed? If that sounds like you, we would love to meet you! We're currently seeking two part-time team members to join our Kumon Math and Reading Center. Kumon is an after-school enrichment program that helps students build strong foundational skills in Math and Reading at their own pace.
Position Overview Responsibilities:
Work with Early Learners (ages 3+) to develop Math and Reading skills using Kumon worksheets Support focus, pencil skills, and early reading/math development. Guide older students with work if possible. Grade student worksheets using the provided answer books Assist with classroom management and organize student materials
Qualifications:
Comfortable working with young children (ages 3+) Dependable, punctual, and self‑motivated Strong Math and Reading skills Patient, professional, and calm Teaching/tutoring experience helpful but not required. If you do not have teaching experience, you must be ready to learn proactively and quickly. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. English fluency required
