Two full-time positions are open at a well-supported high school, where your expertise and passion for education will directly impact student growth and achievement. Both roles require a commitment to serving diverse learners within an engaging, inclusive environment.
Open Opportunities:
Math Resource Teacher:
Requires both SPED and Math certification. In this role, you will deliver targeted math instruction to students with special education needs, supporting their progress and collaborating closely with general and special education teams.
Academic Vocational Life Skills Teacher:
This position asks for SPED certification and a core content area (EC-6 accepted). You will work with students developing essential life skills and academic foundations, using individualized strategies and hands-on learning.
What We Look For:
Current and valid state SPED certification (required for both roles) Subject-specific certification: Math for the Math Resource Teacher; Core content or EC-6 for Life Skills Teacher Prior experience in special education within a school setting Experience tailoring instruction and creating IEPs Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills Demonstrated ability to document progress and communicate with families and staff
