This is a full-time contract position located near Manor, TX, designed for educators who are driven by purpose and devoted to student success. What we're seeking: Valid teaching certification in Special Education (or pending reciprocity) Previous experience with K-12 students preferred Demonstrated ability to adapt curriculum and interventions to individual needs Collaborative spirit to work alongside general education teachers, support staff, and families Flexibility across various structured classroom settings Strong communication and organizational skills What you'll do: Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's strengths and needs Plan creative, hands-on lessons in academic and functional skills Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom culture Monitor student progress, adjust strategies accordingly, and maintain records Partner with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student development Provide guidance and advocacy for students and their families Enjoy a robust benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage, plus 401(k) options.
