Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field (Masters preferred) Valid state teaching certification in Special Education (or eligibility) Previous experience teaching students with diverse learning needs Strong communication and classroom management skills Passion for creating an inclusive, supportive environment
Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction based on student needs Foster a positive, safe learning environment for all abilities Collaborate closely with school staff, families, and related service providers Monitor, assess, and document student progress and goals
