Experience working with children with special needs, learning differences, or developmental challenges. Teaching, special education, tutoring, or related educational experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patient, compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic. Ability to work effectively with students individually and in small groups. A bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred but not required for candidates with relevant experience.
