Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid teaching certification in Special Education (Texas or eligible for reciprocity) Previous experience working in resource and/or inclusion settings preferred Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and monitoring Ability to adapt instructional strategies for diverse learning needs Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families Ability to quickly build rapport with students and team members

Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide specialized instruction within the resource inclusion classroom setting Develop, implement, and evaluate IEPs in collaboration with the educational team Participate in meetings and communicate progress to parents, staff, and administration Utilize differentiated instructional methods to address each student's unique needs Collect data and monitor student progress towards IEP goals Contribute to a supportive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student growth and confidence
