Immediately Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. This role involves developing and implementing educational programs that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in pk-5th grade children. Responsibilities Implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards and promotes literacy and math. Follow lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students, including those with special education requirements. Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment for all children. Provide individualized support and early intervention strategies for children who may need additional assistance. Foster strong communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that promotes child welfare. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share resources. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Experience working with elementary children in a school setting is desirable. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and effective classroom management techniques. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff. Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate various subjects including literacy, math, and physical education. Experience in behavior management strategies and tutoring is beneficial.
