Key Qualifications & Experience:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, thorough reports. Collaborative attitude and experience working within multidisciplinary teams. Ability to consult with teachers, families, and staff to develop and implement effective educational strategies.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform assessments to identify students' academic strengths and needs. Develop, interpret, and present evaluation results and recommendations at ARD/IEP meetings. Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and service providers to ensure student success. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Guide and support staff through the referral and eligibility determination process. Stay up to date on best practices, assessment tools, and legal requirements for special education services.
