Full Job Description Urgently Hiring:

Special Needs Caregiver - Princeton, Texas Part-Time | Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM-9:00 PM We are urgently seeking a caring, dependable, and experienced Caregiver to provide one-on-one support for a 16-year-old special needs individual who attends school. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, patient, attentive, and comfortable assisting with personal care, daily activities, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment. Schedule Monday-Friday 3:00 PM-9:00 PM Part-time position School-year schedule Responsibilities Assist with getting the individual safely off the school bus and transitioning home Provide assistance with toileting and personal hygiene Assist with bathing and dressing Assist with feeding and eating as needed Prepare and assist with meals Provide hair, skin, and nail care Assist with laundry and changing bed linens Support daily activities and routines Encourage and participate in hobbies and recreational activities Assist with appropriate exercise and physical activities Provide companionship and emotional support Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Follow the individual's care plan and family instructions Qualifications Previous experience working with children, teenagers, or individuals with special needs preferred Experience providing personal care is a plus Patient, compassionate, reliable, and trustworthy Comfortable assisting with toileting, bathing, dressing, feeding, and other personal-care needs Able to commit to the Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-9:00 PM schedule Strong communication skills Must be dependable and punctual About the Position This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and wants to make a positive difference in the daily life of a special needs teenager.
