Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Certification or licensure as a Teacher/Specialist for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Previous experience working 1:1 with students who are deaf or hard of hearing Ability to utilize various communication strategies and assistive technologies Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized educational support to a student who is deaf Adapt lesson plans and classroom activities to meet communication needs Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure the students success Maintain up-to-date documentation of student progress and strategies
