Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting the academic and personal growth of students. This role requires effective classroom management skills, creativity in lesson planning, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Utilize effective classroom management strategies to create a conducive learning environment. Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods, including tests, projects, and observations. Provide individualized support for students with special education needs or those requiring early intervention. Foster literacy education by integrating reading and writing activities into daily lessons. Teach physical education classes that promote health, fitness, and teamwork among students. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices. Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns. Requirements Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices. Experience in classroom management and the ability to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere. Familiarity with Montessori methods or similar educational philosophies is a plus. Proficiency in teaching math concepts at an appropriate level for students. Experience in private school settings is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to adapt teaching strategies for diverse learning styles and special needs students. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
