Key Qualifications and Experience:

For Dyslexia Case Manager:

background in reading intervention, literacy strategies, and dyslexia instruction Strong collaboration skills with teachers, support staff, and families Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students strengths and areas for growth Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction in self-contained settings, supporting academic, social, and emotional learning Adapt teaching strategies for diverse learning styles and accessibility needs Track student progress, adjust plans as needed, and document all interventions

For Dyslexia Case Manager:

provide targeted reading intervention across two elementary campuses; manage caseloads and monitor ongoing progress Serve as a vital liaison among staff, students, and parents, fostering an inclusive, positive school culture Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and district guidelines Enjoy a full-time contract position starting as soon as possible through May 2027, working alongside dedicated educators who value student growth and success.
