Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver individualized instruction to meet the needs of students with disabilities. Develop, implement, and regularly update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly. Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and other staff to ensure an inclusive learning environment. Maintain detailed and compliant records in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines. Provide positive behavioral support and classroom management tailored to students' needs. Participate in meetings and professional development to stay current with best practices in special education.
