The company is seeking Teachers to create and implement lesson plans, provide instruction, and foster a positive, supportive learning environment for students. This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for individuals passionate about early childhood education and student development.What You'll Do:
Create and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum and educational standards. Provide instruction in various subjects including math, science, language arts, and social studies. Assess student progress and provide feedback on academic performance. Utilize different teaching methods and resources to engage students. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and concerns. Implement classroom management and behavior support strategies. The company isLooking For:
High school diploma or GED. No prior experience required; previous teaching or related experience preferred. Knowledge of early childhood development and educational theories. Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs. Experience working with children with special needs or providing early intervention services is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment. Understanding of childcare principles and practices. CPR certification (required). Food Handler certification (required).Background Requirements:
