Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, social skills, and creativity. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques. Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring safety at all times with child supervision protocols. Facilitate youth group activities, camp experiences, and outdoor work projects that encourage teamwork and outdoor exploration. Maintain a safe environment by adhering to first aid protocols, CPR/AED operation standards, and emergency response procedures. Experience Prior experience working with children in educational settings, camps, or youth programs is highly preferred. Demonstrated classroom management skills combined with knowledge of childhood development principles. Certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and familiarity with first aid protocols are essential. Experience facilitating youth programs or youth group activities in outdoor or indoor environments is advantageous. Background in teaching young children or working with students in various settings such as babysitting, theater programs, or childcare centers is beneficial. Strong team leadership skills combined with the ability to work independently in outdoor or indoor settings.
